What to Expect

A Sample Kept Memo.

Every month comes with one page like this, alongside your reports: your key figures, where every account reconciliation stands, and the points that need your attention. The business and figures below are invented; real memos stay between us and the client.

Notes

Late invoices. Two clients owe $38,500, both past 60 days. We'd like to send a firm reminder this week unless you'd rather call them first. Let us know on Thursday's call.
Stripe is still pending because September's payout report hasn't posted yet. We expect to finish it by October 18 and will confirm by email.

Full P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement attached. We'll walk through all of this at your monthly review.
